Engineering notes
- Sonus faber High Premium system: 12 speakers on 12 amplifier channels, 695 W, class-D with Dual DSP; the same system is used in MCPura Cielo and was developed for the MC20.
- Per-driver power: 45 W tweeters and surround units, 60 W midrange, 100 W woofers.
- Silk-dome tweeters, paper-cone midrange and neodymium magnets (lighter than the ceramic magnets in Sonus faber home speakers), behind metal grilles patterned like moving strings.
- pt.AUDIO says each speaker has its own class-D amplifier stage.
